NIAGARA ROCK ACADEMY PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY


Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, or credit card.  If you are paying by cheque please provide post dated cheques dated for the 1st of each month with the name of the student/s included on the memo line.  Please make cheques payable to: Niagara Rock Academy. If paying by pre-authorized credit card your card will be debited on the 1st of each month.  Please note that all invoices will go out by email on the 1st of every month and are due within 7 days by the 8th of each month.  If payment has not been made by the 8th of each month then a $20 late fee will be added to the invoice.  If you need special terms please don’t hesitate to inquire and we’d be happy to work with you.  If you prefer a paper invoice/statement please don’t hesitate to ask.

PLEASE NOTE: Students are allowed 1 make up class per month with appropriate notice.

To cancel and reschedule a lesson please call 289-929-8289 preferably 24hrs in advance. If the student has failed to give sufficient notice of an absence that lesson will be lost and no credit will be given.

Any classes cancelled by Niagara Rock Academy will be rescheduled.
